Wet hands with warm water, rub one pump of soap between hands to create suds, and rinse. For the body pump the soap into a cupped hand, rub vigorously between hands to create suds and apply to wet skin. If needed use a loofah or sponge over top to massage the soap into the skin and rinse off well.
