What is armagnac?
The aromas of armagnac naturally vary as it ages. It's almost the same as with fragrances. This means that we give the raw materials the time to interact and come together. The next step is “maceration”. Alcohol is added and a “juice” is obtained. It is impossible to give a single description of its scent as each armagnac differs according to its age and the way in which it has been worked.
