How high are the shipping costs?
Germany:
4.90 € for orders up to 50 €, free shipping thereafter. Express 16,90 €
Austria:
8,90 € for orders up to120 €, free shipping thereafter. Express 28,90 €
Switzerland:
15 € for orders up to 200 €, free shipping thereafter. Express 34,90 €
Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Romania, Sweden, Spain:
15 € for orders up to 50 €, 8.90 € for orders up to 120 €, free shipping thereafter. Express 28,90 €
United Kingdom (Great Britain)*:

DHL will make up to two delivery attempts. If you are not present at both attempts, the parcel will be available for collection at the nearest post office for 7 working days. The parcel will then be returned to us.
How long is the delivery time?
As a rule, the delivery time is:
Germany (DHL): approx. 1 - 3 working days
EU, Switzerland and UK (DHL): approx. 3 - 7 working days
International (DHL Express): approx. 3 - 7 working days*
*may vary due to customs clearance in the destination country, among other things
Within Germany and Europe we ship with our shipping partner DHL.
DHL provides a cost-effective and secure shipping solution. For international orders, DHL hands over your parcel to a national delivery organization – such as PostNL in the Netherlands, etc. This means that delivery also depends on the conditions and logistics of the respective foreign shipping service provider.
Pure perfume sample or razor blade orders to Germany are sent by DHL Warenpost.
We also offer the option of shipping with DHL Express.
DHL Express includes a service surcharge compared to DHL. Orders with DHL Express as the shipping method are always given priority. As a rule, orders placed by 14:00 are dispatched on the same day. However, DHL Express does not hand over your order to the respective national delivery organization, but delivers it from our door to yours – all from a single source. The advantage here: Secure delivery abroad, very short delivery times and reliable, consistent delivery times (also within Germany) during known delivery delays, such as Christmas.
How can I see where my order is?
After your order has been shipped, you will find a link in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this to track the current delivery status of your order online. Please note that it may take a few hours for the tracking to be updated.
Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?
To have your order shipped to a Packstation, you must be registered on the DHL Packstation website. Here is the link to the Packstation.
If you enter the delivery address for your order to a DHL Packstation, in addition to your first name and surname you must also enter the postal number (your DHL Packstation customer number) and the DHL Packstation you have selected as the alternative delivery address.
Please enter the postal number in the additional address field. Then enter the word “Packstation” in the “Street” field and the number of the desired Packstation in the “House number” field. Then enter the zip code and the location of the DHL Packstation.
Customs or import fees
Within the EU, there are no customs or import fees. Deliveries to non-EU countries are subject to additional customs duties, taxes and fees. You can find more information on customs at https://taxation-customs.ec.europa.eu/taxation_en and on import sales tax at http://auskunft.ezt-online.de.
Returns of orders
We do not offer free returns. Therefore, you have to pay the shipping costs yourself and can choose a shipping company of your choice - but we recommend insured shipping. Until the package has been delivered to us, it is your responsibility.
Important: International returns require a completed customs declaration stating that it is a return. This must be attached to the outside of the parcel together with the invoice. Until the package has been delivered to us, it is your responsibility. Woodberg will not be responsible for any customs fees or additional costs incurred due to insufficient declaration.

After we have received and inspected the goods, we will refund your money (excluding return shipping costs) within 2-10 days in the same way it reached us. If the goods have been used and/or are not in their original packaging and sealed, we will unfortunately not be able to make a refund.
