A summer midday in Italy – the air lingers warmly in the narrow streets, shops and cafés long closed for siesta. With every step, the desire for something cool and sweet grows stronger. Down a quiet side alley, a small café appears, still open – a calm refuge from the heat. Seated, the menu barely skimmed, the choice comes easily: an iced, creamy latte with pistachio gelato, alongside sparkling water with a slice of lemon. The scent unfolds immediately – nutty, soft, carried by a milky density. The coolness of the gelato meets the gentle sweetness of pistachio, while subtle green, lightly spiced facets keep the composition balanced and clear. Everything feels calm, almost slowed down, as if time pauses for a moment. An hour later, the glasses are empty, and the stillness of the café gives way once more to the shimmering heat outside. Is there a sample available for every fragrance?
Yes – we offer a sample of every fragrance in our range, as long as it’s not sold out. If you’d like to explore a whole brand, our Discovery Sets usually bring together some of its most important fragrances in one set.
Is the fragrance in the sample the same as in the original bottle?
Our fragrance samples are decants of 100% original perfumes. Each fragrance is carefully filled directly from the brand’s original bottle into a convenient spray vial. So you’re testing the exact same fragrance you’ll find in the full-size bottle.
How many ml are in each sample?
Each sample you order from us contains at least 1.5ml of fragrance. The glass vial itself holds 3ml, which is why it won’t be filled all the way to the top. So no worries – your 1.5ml are definitely in there.
Why are my fragrance samples filled to different levels?
Since we fill every sample by hand, the fill level may vary slightly from one vial to another. From time to time, we also include a complimentary fragrance sample with your order. These are meant as a little extra to discover something new and therefore contain slightly less than our regular 1.5 mlsamples.
Are the fragrance name and ingredients listed on the sample?
The fragrance name and brand are listed on every sample. If you’d like to learn more about the ingredients, you can find them on the relevant product page in our online shop or on your invoice.
