Accompanied by velvety rose petals, fiery saffron melts into resinous myrrh at the heart, creating a deep, intoxicating warmth. Caramelized cedarwood, creamy tonka bean, and supple suede form the base, giving Magma its sensual, almost narcotic aura. Andrea Maack perfumes are composed using flowers, fruits, aromatic herbs, roots, woods, and spices. Many of these raw materials are rare and obtained through traditional, time-intensive extraction methods. Complementing the natural ingredients are modern fragrance molecules that lend each composition a contemporary yet profound character. What makes these perfumes truly unique: each one is structured like a musical composition. The top notes provide a fresh and vibrant first impression that lasts about 20 to 30 minutes. The heart notes are softer and more rounded, unfolding over 2 to 6 hours. The base notes reveal deeper, long-lasting accords that emerge after about 30 minutes and can linger on the skin for up to 24 hours.
