Each comb tooth has been hand-polished to protect hair and scalp from breakage, friction, snagging, or scratching. The dressing comb is packaged in a high-quality vegan leather case and is made from eco-friendly cellulose acetate, a wood-based material. The comb itself is made from eco-friendly cellulose acetate, a wood composite material. The pulp used for the cellulose acetate is FSC and PEFC certified and comes from wood species commonly found in the Nordic countries, such as pine, spruce, and birch. Even though the wood composite resembles plastic in appearance, the comb is actually completely plastic-free.
