How to use:Apply to dry skin just before bathing or showering. Brush with long, sweeping strokes and repeat 3-5 times per area. Start with the feet/fingertips and work towards the heart. Massage over the abdomen in a clockwise circular motion. Use daily for optimal results.

Step-by-step instructions (see pictures above):
1. Feet: Brush under the soles of the feet with long, straight, smooth and gentle strokes.
2. Calves and shins: Brush upwards towards the heart, front and back
3. Thighs: Brush upwards, front and back
4. Buttocks and hips: Brush upwards towards the heart, front and back. On the front, make sure that the strokes end at the lymph nodes in the crotch area.
5. Hands and arms: As with the feet, start at the palms and backs of the hands and work upwards from the forearms to the upper arms.
6. Belly: Brush the top and bottom of the belly in a clockwise direction using semi-circular movements.
7. Lower back: Brush upwards and to the sides
8.Neck: Brush from the neck/jaw line to the shoulders
9. Hands and arms: As with the feet, start at the palm and back of the hand and move upwards from the forearms to the upper arms.

Care:After use, gently run your palm over the bristles to remove any remaining particles that have settled on the brush.
