Breathing in the rhythm of the ancient Japanese forest – Shinrin combines the softness of the finest iris butter and the lovely green of violet leaf absolute against the backdrop of the woody and grounding freshness of papyrus and exceptional Mysore sandalwood oil. The fragrance opens with a hypnotic forest aroma, warmed by cardamom and naturally sweetened with bergamot oil. Oak moss takes you deeper into the forest, conjuring up a bushy forest floor and giving the feeling of being surrounded by ancient cedars. Shinrin manages to balance and harmonize the scents of woody freshness, buttery soft flowers, warm spices, and sensual oak moss.
