Shade of Blue – Eau de Parfum – 25ml

Evening falls over Provence. A stone farmhouse stands in a sea of lavender. Soft, warm light shines from the windows, and you can hear the clink of dishes, a few voices and Kind of Blue playing on an old record player. Out front, two kids are playing, laughing without a care, running barefoot around the house, oblivious to how late it's gotten. A call comes from the kitchen and they disappear inside. The door clicks shut. And slowly the sunset slips across the seemingly endless lavender fields, until even the last row falls into shadow and only the Alps still glow in the distance.

Bergamot leads the way, fresh and citrusy, with resinous myrrh sitting underneath. At the heart is lavender in three forms, floral and herbal, with lavandin adding a sharp, slightly camphorous edge. Tonka bean gradually softens it, and caramel rounds it all out into something creamy without going too gourmand. An aromatic, softly sweet fragrance that brings to mind lavender fields at dusk in late summer.
